SPECIALTY:

CURRENT SCAMP ACTIVITIES:
Gravity and magnetic studies of San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Mountains, Mojave Desert, and Los Angeles Basin. In particular, modeling along the Los Angeles Regional Seismic Experiment (LARSE) profiles and models of a large gravity and magnetic anomaly that lies between the 1992 Landers and 1999 Hector Mine earthquakes.
